Agreed, and CASE hasn’t forgotten about the need for an indoor skatepark in Calgary, we are working toward them as part of the Skateboard Amenity Strategy. Progress is slow, but it’s coming.

The hardest part about this journey is when you make it and the place is booked or loaded to the max. Specially for an older guy like me who takes a while to warm up. Need a bit of space. Don’t get me wrong, I do it and will continue to do so but an alternative, or multiple alternatives here in Calgary would be a blessing.

Stoked to be a part of this! Filmed a bit, spot searched a fair bit, and mostly skated tons this year. My cameo tricks, plus some unseen mini-’mers made this the best year of my life…and I did not film a full part! Nice work Dan! Between Baylis, Sych and yerself I know I got at least a few good years left!
